This Session wants to explore the development, possibilities and challenges of the proclaimed Semantic Web by Tim Berners-Lee et al. over two decades ago. The Session want to capture the ideas of 2001 and transfer them into 2021, in the light of the FAIR-principles and visionary initiatives like Time Machine Europe.
Thoughts and experience in the field of the Semantic Web/Linked Data, data modeling (standards) in disciplines like archeology, art and architecture history and history in broader term are welcome.
